The Revenue Operations team is the cross-functional department that supports all business functions (Sales Development Representatives, Sales, Account Management and Renewals). It manages day-to-day transformational projects to support Welcome to the Jungle’s growth and the commercial teams’ development ambitions.

Revenue Operations is the main point of contact for other departments: Marketing, Finance, Product, Media and Corporate Production, giving it a global view of the company’s business challenges.

You will join the Revenue Operations team, working alongside about one hundred colleagues in the global Revenue organization.

As a Business Analyst intern, you will report to Thibault, Senior Process & Tools Manager, within an eight-member team (Maria, Lucas, Mathilde, Clément, Lucie, Margaux and Emeric) focused on optimizing commercial performance through expertise in processes, tools, enablement and data.

This internship covers three key areas: performance analysis, tool and process optimization, and knowledge management.

  1. Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Extract data from our CRM (HubSpot) and other dashboards.
    • Track and drive commercial performance indicators to: • Understand the customer lifecycle from pre-sales to sales, onboarding and renewal, and make data-driven recommendations. • Draft and share reports at key moments (monthly reports, Revenue All Hands), including detailed analyses and action plans. • Collaborate with the data team on major growth projects.
  2. Processes & Tools:

    • Optimize workflows across business teams to improve collaboration with Finance and Data.
    • Develop new commercial workflows to shorten the sales cycle (lead-hunting scenarios, client segmentation, etc.).
    • Monitor sales performance data and implement corrective actions with new tools.
  3. Documentation & Team Support:

    • Serve as the guardian of our methods and the point of contact for adoption of processes.
    • Write and update the internal knowledge base.
    • Organize and manage training sessions.
    • Collect team feedback.

Preferred experience: - Strong Excel skills. - Fluency in French and English. - Solid analytical abilities. - Proactive in proposing and implementing new solutions in a creative environment. - Organized and rigorous, able to manage multiple projects. - Understanding of commercial team processes. - Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication to interact with stakeholders up to C-level.

Nice to have: - Knowledge of SQL, databases, and data visualization (Omni). - Experience with a CRM like HubSpot.
